**Position Overview**:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with our talented team to develop strategies that enhance our service offerings. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Finalize potential business deals that come through the Brill Creations network.
- Arrange meetings between potential clients and the Brill Creations technical team.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project execution.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and web development.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
