**Business Development Manager**
- Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees
- Monitor and control the cash flow requirements and cash security to ensure the smooth implementation of operations
- Analyze the financial situation (balance sheet, analysis, dashboards, Cash flow and reports)
- Prepare budgets
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets - Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

**Requirement**
- Business Graduate. Validated, or Accredited Business School
- Must have prior work experience as Manager, Preferably in service. Total working experience should be more than 7 years
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
