About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure seamless communication between our Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Serve as the primary liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance departments.
✔ Monitor and update real-time room status reports to ensure efficient check-ins/outs.
✔ Oversee lost & found operations, ensuring proper documentation and guest follow-up.
✔ Assign and track daily tasks for housekeeping staff, ensuring timely completion.
✔ Assist in staff scheduling, attendance management, and onboarding/training.
✔ Handle guest requests (special amenities, room changes) with efficiency and professionalism.
✔ Maintain accurate records of maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

**Requirements**:
✔ Proven experience in housekeeping coordination or a similar role (hotel experience preferred).
✔ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
✔ Tech-savvy - proficient in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
✔ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Asian nationality preferred (due to team dynamics and guest interaction needs).
