**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Design & Planning**:

- Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for new projects and renovations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards

**Project Execution & Coordination**:

- Oversee the execution of architectural projects from design to completion, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural or design-related issues during construction.
- Ensure that materials, finishes, and construction techniques meet project specifications and quality standards.

**Fit-Out Works**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, including interior design and space planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely completion of fit-out works.
- Ensure compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards for fit-out projects.

**Facility Management Support**:

- Provide architectural solutions for maintenance, renovation, and optimization of existing facilities.
- Assist in space planning and modifications to enhance operational efficiency within managed facilities.
- Support sustainability and energy-efficient design initiatives within the facility management scope.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years** of experience in **architectural design, construction execution, and fit-out works**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and other design tools**.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar’s building codes, construction regulations, and permit processes**.
- Familiarity with **fit-out materials, construction techniques, and project management tools**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **problem-solving** and **decision-making** abilities.
- Strong **communication and coordination** skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and meet tight deadlines.

**Certifications**:

- Valid **UPDA (Urban Planning & Development Authority) certification** in Qatar is a plus.
- Membership in **architectural associations** (e.g., RIBA, AIA) is an advantage.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in **English** (Arabic is a plus).
