**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Website Administrator** to manage our Shopify-based e-commerce platform. This person will ensure our website is optimized, updated, and customer-friendly. The role involves order processing, content management, data analysis, and collaboration with other departments to provide a seamless digital customer experience and support our growing online business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Website Management (Shopify)
- Full operational control of Shopify backend.
- Upload and manage new collections (products, descriptions, tags, images).
- Ensure smooth navigation, design consistency, and clear CTA buttons.
- Identify and fix any broken links, incorrect visuals, or technical glitches.
- Collaborate with the design/dev team on layout improvements and mobile responsiveness.

Order & Stock Handling
- Process and print incoming orders.
- Generate and verify invoices against available stock.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager (no direct admin-to-master cutter communication).
- Quality-check all items and ensure proper packaging for each order.
- Track special/custom client requests and ensure accurate delivery.

Inventory & Product Sync
- Monthly stock follow-up with production team.
- Ensure timely upload of available stock and merchandise to the website.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products to suggest promotions.

Customer Experience & Service
- Respond professionally to all customer messages and complaints.
- Share tracking numbers with all clients post-shipping—no exceptions.
- Customize responses for client order edits, product info, or special packaging.

Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain daily sales reports and client data logs.
- Generate weekly performance reports (sales, cart abandonment, page visits, conversion rates).
- Prepare monthly invoices for mini-partners and ensure payments are received.
- Compare mini-partner stock and reconcile with the accounting team.

Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with managers, HR, the boutique team, and accountants.
- Handle boutique shipment requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate directly with couriers and logistics if deliveries are delayed.

**Preferred Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Shopify (or similar platforms).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
- Eye for detail in design, product images, and layout.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
