This is an exciting and dynamic role that focuses on a variety of tasks including driving sales activities, contributing to the hotel strategy, and managing a large team. - Developing revenue streams and maximizing the profitability of the hotel - Defining the product in line with the positioning of the brand - Implementing and regularly reviewing the commercial strategy of the hotel - Forecasting hotel revenues and preparing reports - Manage the sales budget in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager - Manage all aspects of the sales team including; recruitment, developing a new team, managing performance, and building capabilities **Qualification**: - Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel. - Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches. **Benefits of the Director of Sales role include**: - 12 complimentary nights a year across Hyatt Hotels worldwide - Discounted hotel stays across Hyatt not just for you but also for your family and friends from the day you start - Business attire laundered complimentary - Continuous learning and development opportunities to provide you with a clear career path as well as job promotion
