We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Qatar

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Manager plays a key role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing service delivery and ensuring optimal operational efficiency. This role focuses on streamlining processes to guarantee that services are provided smoothly, meet customer and client expectations, and contribute to the organisation's overall success. The Project Manager is pivotal in aligning day-to-day operations with strategic goals, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities will be the following:

- Ensure smooth execution of all operations for the company’s activities within Stryx Sports Qatar.
- Propose ideas and processes to enhance service delivery to clients in the local market.
- Supervise the performance of all activities, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting changes.
- Meet regularly with clients to gather feedback, enhance services, and develop new concepts and ideas.
- Ensure all services are delivered efficiently and in a timely manner, meeting client expectations.
- Oversee the implementation and growth of new activities and initiatives within the region.
- Collaborate with the Sports Director to maintain the quality of programs and services, ensuring the company’s competitiveness and relevance in the local market.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on activities, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings, using insights to improve services and strategies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business growth and innovation in the local market.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good computer skills (Google sheets, Word, Salesforce)
- Presentable with friendly demeanours, open and approachable. Positive outlook.
- Proactive and interested in growing within the business and helping the company grow
- Professional and very punctual
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Sports background preferred
- Based in Qatar
