**Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA)**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the **Project Quality Plan (PQP)**:

- Ensure compliance with **ISO 9001**, project specifications, and contract requirements
- Review and approve **method statements, ITPs, and procedures**:

- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits
- Ensure proper documentation and record control
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants on quality matters

**Quality Control (QC)**:

- Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Verify quality of **materials, workmanship, and installations**:

- Review and approve **material submittals** and test reports
- Conduct site inspections and issue **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** when required
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Witness testing and commissioning activities
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management and consultants

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field
- Minimum 3-5 **years** of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction
- Strong knowledge of **construction standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures**:

- Experience with **consultant and client inspections**:

- Familiar with ISO standards and project documentation
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Experience in **residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects**:

- Knowledge of local authority regulations

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
