Located in the heart of Doha Old Town, Kimpton Al Rowda Doha will be the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this charming and vibrant area of town. Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. As In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeingand directing all aspects of Room Service and Mini-Bar, attending to guestcomplaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and service, controllingstocks for daily use in room service/Mini Bar to ensure service requirementsare met, and developing formal training plans and implementing on the jobtraining sessions for Room Service and Mini-Bar colleagues. Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related fields - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Hotel Food and Beverage functions with supervisory or team leading experience - Strong English communication skills - Luxury and lifestyle experience is an advantage - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage We’ll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.
