**Job description**
The Steel Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of steel structures and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication**: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate steel components and structures according to specifications.
- **Welding**: Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal parts, ensuring high-quality welds.
- **Assembly**: Assemble fabricated parts and components, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications; perform necessary adjustments.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain machinery such as shears, saws, and bending machines.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any discrepancies.
