**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Fabricate steel components and structures, including beams, columns, frames, and other parts, using tools and machinery.
- Cut, shape, and weld steel materials using appropriate equipment such as cutting torches, grinders, and welding machines.
- Measure and mark steel materials for cutting and assembly to ensure precision.
- Assemble and install fabricated steel components at job sites, ensuring all pieces fit correctly.
- Perform welding and finishing tasks, including grinding and polishing, to meet quality standards.
- Inspect and test fabricated components for quality, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Operate fabrication machinery, such as CNC machines, power saws, and bending machines.
- Repair and modify steel structures and components as required.
- Assist in the preparation and handling of materials, including lifting and moving heavy steel pieces.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep records of fabrication work, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification or training in steel fabrication or welding is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel fabrication, welding, or a similar trade.
- Proven experience with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and steel fabrication methods.
- Strong knowledge of steel materials, construction techniques, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- **Certifications**: Welding certification (e.g., AWS or equivalent) preferred.
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 per month
