The Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of outstanding customer invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The AR specialist will help optimize cash flow and maintain healthy customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Processing**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices.
- **Payment Collection**:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment terms with customers as necessary.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Investigate any discrepancies in payment or account balances.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding receivables and cash flow.
- Generate month-end and year-end AR reports as needed.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payment status, and account balances.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
- **Credit Control**:

- Assist in managing customer credit limits and evaluating credit risk.
- Monitor accounts for signs of financial difficulty and escalate issues to management as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Assist in developing and improving AR policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role (typically 2-3 years).
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
