**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Odoo modules and functionalities.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo updates, trends, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience** in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in **Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and QWeb**.
- Experience with **Odoo framework, ORM, workflow, and security models**.
- Knowledge of **Odoo Enterprise & Community editions**.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo **POS, Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, and other core modules**.
- Experience with **RESTful APIs and third-party integrations**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with **Docker, Git, and Linux environments** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **Odoo.sh** and deployment on cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation strategies.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
