Odoo Developer
- Minimum of 3+years of experience.

We are looking for a skilled **Odoo Developer** to join our team and take ownership of customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules and features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality ERP solutions tailored to business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and customize **Odoo modules** (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
- Develop new functionalities and improve existing features using **Python** and **XML** within the Odoo framework.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues reported by users.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve user experience and interface.
- Create and manage **technical documentation**, deployment guides, and system architecture.
- Maintain the integrity of the codebase and ensure proper testing and version control (e.g., Git).
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams or clients as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **Odoo (v12 - v17)** development and customization.
- Proficiency in **Python**, **PostgreSQL**, **JavaScript**, and **XML**.
- Strong understanding of the **Odoo ORM**, **models**, **views**, **workflows**, and **security**.
- Hands-on experience with **Odoo Studio**, **Odoo.sh**, or self-hosted Odoo environments.
- Experience in **Odoo module migration** across versions.
- Familiarity with **Linux server environments**, deployment, and hosting.
- Knowledge of **Agile methodologies**, version control (Git), and ticketing tools like **JIRA**.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
