Compliance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Qatar Executive team as Compliance Manager. In this role you will be required to manage the Compliance Monitoring function for Qatar Executive in order to ensure the organization remains in compliance with the relevant requirements of Qatar Civil Aviation Regulation (QCAR). Perform internal and external audits as assigned by Senior Manager Safety and Compliance.

Other key duties would include:

- Ensure all the elements of the Management System are properly established, implemented, maintained, and that the standards required by the Qatar Civil Aviation Regulation, and Company Policies and Procedures are implemented under the supervision of the QE Nominated Persons.
- Plan QE Annual Audit Program, required to cover all the areas of the operation, including organization management (Management System), external service providers, manuals, logs, and records of training standards.
- Audit QE documentation in order to ensure manuals, training processes and procedures related to the activities of the organization remain in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any other additional standard as established by the organization.
- Develop and set Safety Performance Indicators/targets for Qatar Executive in coordination with Senior Manager Safety and compliance.
- Monitor the Management of Change process for the policies, processes, and procedures of QE in order to ensure continuous compliance with the applicable requirements is maintained.
- To ensure that the safety and security culture within the Qatar Airways Group is fully impeded throughout the QE’s working practices.
- Ensure continued feedback system to the Accountable Manager with regards to adequacy of the QE compliance monitoring system through the Senior Manager Safety and Compliance, by reviewing and approving data prepared for monthly report submission.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join QE Safety and Compliance team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7 years job related experience
- Certified Auditor to a recognized international standard such as the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA)/ IATA /IOSA/ISBAO Auditor Course
- Understanding and working knowledge of airline operations
- Training in Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Experience in compliance monitoring systems within an EASA Operator / EASA ATO
- Comprehensive knowledge of Regulation on Air Operations
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of ISBAO Standards and Recommended Practices
