RegulatoryCompliance•Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsaffecting the business.•Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulationsapplicable to the organization.•Develop, review, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls. RiskAssessment and Mitigation•Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.•Develop and implement action plans to mitigate identified risks.•Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches. Trainingand Awareness•Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees.•Promote awareness of regulatory requirements and ethical standards across theorganization. Auditingand Reporting•Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.•Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.•Maintain and update compliance documentation and records. StakeholderManagement•Collaborate with legal, HR, and operations teams to ensure integratedcompliance efforts.•Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies during inspections or audits. • Advise senior leadership on compliance risksand recommended actionsRequirements•   Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or arelated field.•   Master's degree or professional certification (e.g.,Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, CCEP) is preferred.•   Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in a compliance orregulatory role, preferably within [industry].•   Experience in managing compliance frameworks, riskassessments, and audits.·   Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and laws.·   Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.·   High ethical standards and attention to detail.·   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.·   Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlineseffectively.
