- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold guest laundry according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Ensure proper care of guests' clothing and linens
- Track and report any damaged or lost items
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and knowledge of various fabric care techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting
