**What you will do**

Warehouse Operation and Inventory Management and is responsible for managing all aspects of warehousing in Johnson Controls’ 3PL contracted warehouse. You will be part of Johnson Controls Qatar branch and you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.

**How you will do it**

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be concentrated on ensuring timely Inbound operation, Outbound operations and Inventory Management with 3PL warehouse team to fulfill Service level deliverables and performance.

You have a strong desire for organization and efficiency; you are creative, proactive, problem solver, self-motivated, multi-tasking; able to manage stress and pressure, a perfect coordinator and planner.
- Competent to liaise with 3PL Service providers to ensure expected service level and performance
- Accountable for Johnson controls Inventory Stock, Warehouse operation, Inventory Management, Process Implementation, Stock accuracy, ERP System transaction, KPI etc
- Responsible for coordinating with Johnson Controls internal and external customers, freight forwarders and 3PL service providers etc
- Investigation for non-conformity, stock variance and customer claim including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures.
- Actively engage with Customs Authorities, Civil Defense & Ministries for Logistics related Queries and resolution on smooth Customs clearance

**What we look for**
- University Graduate
- Car with Qatar driving license
- Good communications skill in spoken and written English & Arabic are mandatory requirements
- Work experience in Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management for 5 years, including receiving GRN, Delivery DN, POD, Cycle count, Annual stock Count, Stock Reconciliation
