**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
Warehouse Operation and Inventory Management and leading all aspects of warehousing in Johnson Controls’ 3PL contracted warehouse. You will be part of Johnson Controls Qatar branch and you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.

**How you will do it**:

- Ensuring timely inbound operation, outbound operation and inventory management with 3PL warehouse team to fulfill Service level results and performance.
- Responsible for coordinating with Johnson Controls internal and external customers, freight forwarders and 3PL service providers etc
- Investigation for non-conformity, stock variance and customer claim including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures.
- Accountable for Johnson controls inventory stock, warehouse operation, inventory management, process implementation, stock accuracy, system transaction, KPI etc

**What we look for**
- University Graduate and Qatar driving license
- Work experience in warehouse operation and inventory management for 5 years including receiving GRN,delivery DN, POD, cycle count, annual stock count, stock reconciliation etc
- You have a strong desire for organization and efficiency; you are creative, proactive, problem solver, self-motivated, multi-tasking; able to handle stress and pressure, a magnificent coordinator and planner.
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English
- Proficient to collaborate closely with 3PL Service providers to ensure encouraged service level and performance
