Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related symptoms and conditions.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including endoscopies, audiograms, and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose ENT disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, incorporating medical, surgical, and/or therapeutic interventions.
- Perform surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and tympanoplasties, as required.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing ENT surgeries, monitoring their progress and managing any complications.
- Collaborate with other medical specialists, including audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and radiologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and surgical techniques through continuous medical education and professional development activities.
- Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to medical knowledge.
