**About our client**

Our client is a leading investment group with operations across the Middle East, Africa and Europe with headquarters in Doha, Qatar.

Their three business lines are investment banking, asset management, and principal investments which focuses on real estate, credit, and equity investments. Its markets product offering includes wakala, murabaha and Islamic derivatives, as well as FX swaps and options.

**What the job involves**

The individual will work on the following, reporting to the Head of Treasury and Markets:

- Monitoring of the markets portfolio, including tracking the daily price movement of underlying assets and hedges
- Prepare and present investment recommendations
- Assist in the analysis of financial data, interpreting it for the purpose of credit analysis
- Assist in preparing reports for the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority, and in preparing deal tickets of spot/forward foreign exchange and money market transactions
- Pricing and execution of derivatives including PRS, FX swaps, cross currency and options
- Assist in structuring and marketing of treasury products
- Assist in the daily cash management of the treasury position

**Who we are looking for**
- Analytical, financial modelling skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with derivatives (interest rate swaps, FX and vanilla options) and fixed income from a professional environment
- Well organized, highly numerate
