- Filing customer records, including contact information.
- Quotations follow-up with customer.
- Expired Quotation follow up (toner & spare parts).
- Assist service engineers for the quote and spare availability.
- Follow up of pending service quote with customers.
- Service payment follow up with customer.
- Inbound/outbound tracker updation.
- Spare parts/ Toner preparation.
- Daily VC collection Report.
- Daily Toner Sales Report.
- Logistics plan report.
- Daily Quotation report.
- Machine Delivery Customer feedback.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Microsoft Tools(Excel, Word etc).
- Zoho CRM
