Boeing Global Service is seeking for a **Fighter Aircraft Fuels Systems Maintenance Technician** to assist in our maintenance efforts in **Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar**.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Removal/Installation of Fuel Systems components to facilitate the repair of system failures or implement process of elimination.
- Performs routine troubleshooting using pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs Operational Checkout to validate/verify testing of Fuel Systems and components. Inspects component before installation or usage to verify cleanliness and serviceability of components.
- Disassembles systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.
- Performs routine troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Inspects component before installation or usage to verify cleanliness and serviceability of components.
- Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications.
- Performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
- Able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required.
- Works under general supervision.

**This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government.**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Aircraft Fuel Systems.
- Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
- Military or vocational school related to discipline or equivalent.
