Snr Project Analyst Aircraft Fuel

**About the role**

We are recruiting for Senior Project Analyst Aircraft Fuel and Emissions PMO, to be based in Doha, Qatar.

The Senior Project Analyst Aircraft Fuel and Emissions PMO will enable effective project management to be applied to fuel related activities across all Qatar Airways’ functions. This role is central to maintaining and continually improving the projects related to Fuel Forecasting, Fuel Invoicing process and Sustainable Aviation Fuel follow up.

**Operational**
- Responsible for the timely approval of Fuel Invoice.
- Reviewing and identifying opportunities for continual improvement of the Fuel invoicing process.
- Prepare periodic reports for the Management relating to the status of Fuel Invoicing process.
- Support the Management in the Fuel Forecasting activities considering different historical factors.
- Provide Reports and Statistics of accuracy of the forecasts provided with the goal of improving the accuracy of the forecasting activity.
- Monitor and Control SAF utilization and the operations implication of the usage of SAF.
- Understand the different requirements regarding SAF and monitor compliance.
- Establish a database to control all the information related to Sustainable Aviation Fuels including but not limited to Amount purchased, conversion technologies, characteristics and origin of the feedstock used for production and the lifecycle emissions related to the sustainable aviation fuel.
- Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by Senior Manager, Fuel Efficient Programme Management Office

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.

**OR**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Basic understanding of commercial aviation.
- In depth knowledge of airline operations.
- Solid working knowledge of flight operations.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Aviation Fuels.
- Statistical analysis using various tools i.e. Access, Excel (and associated macros).
- Participation in large or complex projects and programmes.
- Experience involving stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data with commensurate confidence.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis in excel with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to produce management-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
- Ability to review and interpret market research and/or reports.
- Good command of English language.
