- Monitor and report on project timelines and specifications to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Sales Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell the company’s products, services, and solutions to clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the fit-out and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key technical benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Support the sales team in negotiations, project tendering, and contract discussions.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to generate leads and maintain relationships.
- Provide product training and technical support to clients and internal sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in specification engineering, preferably within the fit-out or architectural industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, systems, and products used in fit-out and architectural projects.
- Experience with sales and business development in the architectural or construction industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and close sales.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards in Qatar.
- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Proficient in specification software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

**Must possess a valid driving license in Qatar and be willing to travel as required for site inspections, client meetings, and supplier visits.**

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
