**Job Descriptions**:
As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Human Resources in managing all the respective HR functions in order to meet the strategic business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Available for employees at all levels to advise, counsel and assist with problems or queries.
Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinate disciplinary procedure when necessary.
Maintain high level of colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active support, direction and participation.
Assists in the interviewing and hiring of all front line employees.
Assists in establishing and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
Maintain a high level of effectiveness communication throughout the company.
Record daily the actual visits of employees who walk through the Human Resources Department door.
Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
Handling expense claims and obtaining approvals of Management in an efficient manner
Follow up with other HR Members or Departments for the collection of periodic reports needed for administrative support and statistics.

**Requirements**:
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
You must be a computer literate
1 years experience in similar positions is required
