**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Officer, located in Doha, Qatar. The Human Resources Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include handling employee records, facilitating recruitment processes, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

**Qualifications**
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
