**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and

Control Engineering or Substation Automation Engineering from a reputed university

**Experience**
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in Electrical Power System Substation Automation & Commissioning
- Good knowledge about international standards and Kahramaa standards and practices
- Good experience with Tele‐control / SCADA process & installation procedure
- Has experience in Siemens/Alstom/Areva/Schneider/ ABB SCS System
- Has thorough knowledge in substation control system technologies and protocols
- Has hands on experience in SCS/RTU/SCADA erection, installation, testing and commissioning
- Has experience in verification of RTU / SCS & SCADA (Control Centers) system drawing with

reference to approved design documents / drawings.
- Good experience in O&M and execution of Projects and Commissioning activities
- Good interpersonal skills and maturity of judgment
- Fluent in English correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Computer literate and presentation skill
- Requires mobile communication during normal and outside office hours for emergency contact
- Interview: Must pass authorization interview and qualify as Authorized person.
