Crane Technician

**Communication**:

- Manager, Supervisors & Engineers - Asset Mgmt Dept.
- Asset Mgmt Maintenance Team
- Asset Mgmt Planning Team

**Purpose**:

- To communicate and exchange information on equipment maintenance & repair data

**External Communication**:

- Other Business Unit (Milaha) and Customers - As applicable
- Dealers & Supplier - As applicable
- Workshops & Garages - As applicable

**Occupational Health & Safety and Environment**
**Accountability**:

- Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

**Responsibility**:

- To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

**Authority**:

- To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- High School
- Diploma Preferred

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related position
- Must have good knowledge of equipment maintenance drawings, repair procedures.

**Geographic Experience**:

- GCC experiences preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is advantage

**Computer and Language Skills**:
**Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge**:

- Ability to read & interpret documents, blueprints, operating & maintenance manuals.
- Knowledge of cranes such as Crawler, Hydraulic Truck and all Terrain Crane.

**Related Professional Training, Certification, or Membership**
**Mandatory**:

- Must have Knowledge and experience and troubleshooting of the following crane Liebherr Or DEMAG Or GROVE, Tadano
**Preferred**:

- Experience in LSI, PAT, Hirschman, Wylie, Load wise indicator Lincon of Liebherr System would be advantage.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical / Equivalent
- Engineering Preferred
