**Role Description**

We are seeking a dedicated **HVAC Maintenance Engineer** with expertise in **chilled water air-side systems**, including Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs). This on-site role, based in Doha, Qatar, involves leading a team of technicians, overseeing system maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring high standards of service and safety compliance.
- Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and operational tasks for **chilled water air-side systems** (FCUs and AHUs).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in FCUs and AHUs, ensuring optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements for system performance.
- Coordinate with clients to address concerns and provide expert recommendations.
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of **Fan Coil Units (FCUs)** and **Air Handling Units (AHUs)** in chilled water systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Expertise in HVAC controls and system optimization.
- Working knowledge of **plumbing and firefighting systems** is an advantage.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Ability to do air duct sizing
- Relevant certifications in HVAC maintenance are a plus.
- Previous experience in Qatar is a plus
- NOC and Driving License is mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
