**Department**
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

**Primary purpose of job**
Liaise and coordinate on multi-discipline engineering activities related to (HVAC/MECH) building services and buildings

technology systems with consultants, end user departments, developer, specialist consultants, project management

consultants and other QatarEnergy's Concerned parties to ensure that assigned QatarEnergy projects are executed in a

safe, efficient, cost effective, within specifications, codes & standards and timely manner.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Min. 7 years experience in Refrigeration/ HVAC/ MECHANICAL maintenance/ construction works.
- Strong technical knowledge in BS-EN, ISO, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, ANSI, ASTM and Qatar QCS and QCD codes and

standards.
- Work experience in the GCC.
- Knowledge on (HVAC/MECH) Engineering, Building services Engineering, Energy Management, Asset Management in

the context of life cycle management/Asset Maintenance and replacement, Health and Safety Management Relationship

and communication, Problem Solving, Line Management, Risk Management Project Management and Facilities

Management.

**Education**
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical/(HVAC/MECH) Engineering.
