**HR Generalist**

**Job Summary**:
The **HR Generalist** at **RITS Qatar** will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations — including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth and efficient HR processes in alignment with **Qatar Labor Law**, **MADLSA regulations**, and company policies, while maintaining a positive work environment within a diverse, multi-cultural team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
- Process monthly payroll accurately through **WPS**, including salaries, deductions, and allowances.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and generate periodic HR reports.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and fully compliant with **MADLSA** requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, queries, and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports such as headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, and compliance updates.
- Assist in internal audits, labor inspections, and HR documentation reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of HR experience**, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of **Qatar Labor Law**, **MADLSA** processes, and **WPS payroll** systems.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and HR management software/tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in multi-cultural work environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Previous experience managing expatriate HR compliance, visa, and RP processes.
