We are seeking an experienced Educational Play Center Supervisor to run our playground business. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all supervisory functions including training staff, purchasing materials, planning the weekly schedule, and responding to customer queries.

To ensure success as an Educational Play Center Supervisor, you should have in-depth knowledge of handling children, excellent managerial skills, and a passion for customer service.

**Educational Play Center Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Creating staff work rosters and delegating duties.
- Train the staff in accordance with the company guides and procedures.
- Guiding the staff in relation to the workshop planning, including helping the staff plan and prepare the activities for each week.
- Ensure that the staff follow the center’s health and safety procedures.
- Overseeing and improving the functions of the playground, including the workshops.
- Taking orders for Birthdays and events and ensuring the success of these event.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests and assisting the playground staff.
- Work with the age-appropriate instructional strategies to achieve the center’s goals.
- Make recommendations for development of Company processes based on observation and feedback.
- In charge of preparing for the management the list for materials, equipment or resources required for the playground and workshops.

**Educational Play Center Supervisor Requirements**:

- 2+ Years’ experience and knowledge in working with children or a kid’s play center.
- Flexibility to work in a day or evening shift.
- Ability to plan
- Excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Experience with training staff.
- Ability to create work rosters and delegate duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Familiarity with POS and stock ordering software systems.
