**About the role**
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our Global Sales team as a Global Sales Senior Officer.
As a Global Sales Senior Officer, you will be required to provide commercial business support and assistance to the Global Key Account Manager - Marine & Specialty on functions which include, but are not limited to, project management, governance and compliance, to enable revenue growth and revenue protection while keeping a clear focus on commercial alignment. In addition, you will be required to perform data analytical tasks to identify and support business activities driven from management requests and self
- generated reports.
**As part of your daily responsibilities, you will**:
- Actively support the Business Travel team in growing business relationships with Global Marine partners and achieve revenue targets through an ongoing review of existing partnerships and relationships..
- Assist in developing Specialty segments such as Mining, Medical and Humanitarian travel.
- Provide deep analysis and research into business opportunities within a changing global marketplace in order to make informed commercial decisions and reduce speed to market.
- Responsible for being an effective interface between global sales function with other internal departments including but not limited to Contracts/Legal/Finance/local sales teams for implementing and maintaining sales policies, PLB calculations, Regular and ad-hoc private fare reviews, invoicing and liaising with finance and other departments to ensure speed to market.
- Provide support and assistance to the Key Account Manager
- Marine & Specialty & field offices that complement their requirements in achieving their sales targets/KPIs for the specialty segments managed.
- To identify and highlight required improvement areas within existing processes.
- Provide support on cross-functional tasks and projects within the Business Travel team.
- Prepare intelligent reports and analytics for client and internal stakeholder business reviews to provide the commercial organization with visibility and support in making decisions.
- Lead analysis of revenue data and build templates to identify improvement opportunities in the Business travel segment.
- Prepare analysis and make fact-based proposals and Business cases to senior management to improve revenue production.

**Qualifications**
**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree qualification with minimum of 4 years’ job-related experience OR Diploma/ Vocational training with minimum of 5 year’s job-related experience
- Background in airline sales / corporate sales
- Experience in business analytical tools e.g., PowerBi, Tableau
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
