**Major Accountabilities**:

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly value and volume targets as per the company policies.
- Working with ethics, integrity and honesty, including following the company’s policies and procedures including reporting systems as required.
- Always upholding and enhancing the company’s image and brand value

**Responsibilities**:
As a leasing agent in our company in Qatar, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the rental of residential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners or management companies
- Prospecting for new properties and listing them.
- Create listings and advertisements for new and available properties.
- Utilize various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.) to attract potential tenants and buyers.
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units to prospective tenants. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate lease and rental rates with vendors/tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are clearly outlined. Coordinate the signing of lease documents by both parties.
- Ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants.
- Provide regular reports to management on leasing, vacancies, and occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other customers.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between tenants and property owners or management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance leasing processes and customer service delivery.

**Work Experience**

Minimum 2 - 3 years with a proven track record as a leasing agent or broker in a reputed real estate company.

**Education**

Minimum High School
