UI/UX Researcher and Designer

Position: UI/UX Researcher and Designer

Type: Hybrid

**Salary**: QAR 3000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
Research:
1. Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.

2. Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.

3. Analyze and synthesize research data to provide actionable insights for product development.

4. Develop user personas, journey maps, and reports to inform design strategies.

5. Studying the user experience of our competitors and studying the pain points in them, in addition to how to implement new features.

6. Experience in using Figma.

7. Writing the flow of the design for the developers.

Design:
1. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and interfaces.

2. Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces that align with the product vision.

3. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

4. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

5. Maintain a consistent design system and contribute to improving the product’s visual identity.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields.

2. Certifications in UX Design (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate, Interaction Design Foundation Membership, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification).

3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

4. Knowledge of usability testing tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Lookback).

5. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and research projects.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
