We are looking for a **creative and visionary UX/UI Designer** who understands the unique needs of the sports industry and shares our passion for making a difference in the sports community.

As a UX/UI Designer at Bsporty, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will collaborate with our product, marketing, and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that cater to the needs of sports businesses, service providers, and users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative UX/UI designs for the Bsporty platform and mobile app, focusing on the sports industry.
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of sports enthusiasts and service providers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect the company's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Optimize the platform’s interface for usability and accessibility, ensuring a superior user experience.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate best practices, particularly in the sports tech space.
- Contribute to the overall branding and visual identity of Bsporty.

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing impactful designs.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.

**Preferred**:

- Background in or passion for the sports industry.
- Knowledge of sports business operations and trends.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
