**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess event requirements and develop detailed cost estimates for various event services (venue rental, catering, audio/visual, décor, staffing, etc.).
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored event estimates.
- Analyze vendor contracts and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Collaborate with event planners, designers, and production teams to ensure all logístical elements are considered in cost estimation.
- Create and track budgets, ensuring that event planning stays within financial constraints.
- Prepare proposals and detailed cost breakdowns for internal and client review.
- Provide guidance on alternative event solutions based on budget and event objectives.
- Monitor and report on event costs throughout the planning process to keep everything on track.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new event technologies to offer clients innovative and budget-friendly solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
