**PTW Coordinator / PTW Receiver (Electrical - Oil & Gas)**

**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Full-time / Immediate Joining

We are urgently hiring **Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinators / Receivers - Electrical Discipline** for upcoming **Oil & Gas projects in Qatar**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and control the PTW (Permit to Work) process for all **electrical works**, ensuring full compliance with client and HSE standards.
- Verify isolation, grounding, and tagging procedures before work execution.
- Review and prepare electrical work permits in coordination with site engineers and safety departments.
- Conduct toolbox talks and participate in worksite risk assessments.
- Support safe energization/de-energization of systems and maintain accurate permit records.
- Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to ensure daily electrical work planning and closure compliance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma / Degree in **Electrical Engineering** or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, or commissioning works, with at least 3 years as a PTW Coordinator in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and PTW systems used by major clients in Oil & Gas (e.g., ADNOC, Qatar Energy, QAFCO etc.).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, HSE procedures, and work isolation practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multi-discipline teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- **Immediate joiners in Qatar preferred.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PTW Certification from an approved client or authority.
- Valid H2S and basic safety training.
- Previous experience in Qatar or GCC oil & gas projects
