Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Sustainable Farming: Introduce and manage eco-friendly agricultural techniques.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project staff, ensuring high performance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies, suppliers, and local communities.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project progress, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Innovation: Integrate modern technologies to improve efficiency and yield. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in agricultural project management.
- Strong knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, and sustainable farming.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
