**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets to offer personalized solutions.
- **Property Showings**: Lead engaging property viewings, showcasing key features and value.
- **Documentation**: Support clients through all necessary paperwork while ensuring legal compliance.
- **Relationship Management**: Foster trust and collaboration with clients and team members.
- **Seller Communication**: Keep sellers informed about market trends, sale progress, and feedback.
- **Closing the Deal**: Guide sellers through every stage of the closing process.
- **New Listings**: Continuously bring in new property listings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and sales abilities.
- Professional, pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
