**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property showings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth transactions and positive outcomes for clients.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven track record of excellent sales skills
- Knowledge in GCC market and sales
- Strong communication, closing and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
- Preferably Valid driving license and car
- Good customer service skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
