**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all governmental and legal documentation related to labor, immigration, and company licensing.
- Liaise with ministries, municipalities, police departments, and other government authorities.
- Ensure the timely renewal of company licenses, trade licenses, and employee documents.
- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration rules and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
- Represent the company during legal matters, inspections, and audits with government agencies.
- Collect and submit documentation required for employee onboarding and visa processing.
- Monitor the expiration of official documents and take proactive steps for renewals.
- Manage relationships with PRO services vendors when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mandoob / Public Relations Officer in [country, e.g., UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia].
- Strong understanding of labor laws, visa regulations, and local administrative procedures.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid [country-specific] driving license and own car preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within [industry: construction, trading, hospitality, etc.].
- Knowledge of online government portals such as MOI, GDRFA, MOL, etc.
