Necessary qualification and experience:

- Experience in logistic operations (preferable)
- University Degree in any related courses
- Experience in the same function of not less than 5 years
- Strong background on legal matters governing safety
- Strong knowledge in Quality Management System, Occupational, Health, safety, Environmental System and Security
- Multi-tasking with good ability to prioritise tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
- Familiar with and well able to work within operations supervision
- Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies (advanced safety training)
- Languages: English

**Job description**
Main tasks:

- Overseeing all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment
- Promoting the health, environment, and work safety program
- Overseeing the education of all the employees on Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Ensure the execution of the standards set by the customer

**Tasks**:

- Manage, lead and control HSSEQ department
- Implement and update Quality Management Systems, Gulf-Supplier Quality Assessment System (G-SQAS) and HSSEQ procedures and reports
- Leads and support the process for the Investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses including the non-conformities
- Introduce within the region and standardise
- Monthly HSSEQ reports including regular review of risk assessment
- Plan/support training for the employees
- Share awareness and refresh training for all employees on a specific topic
- Plans and review training related to HSSEQ, internally and externally
- Leads external audits, perform internal audits and share results
- Promote HSSEQ awareness among the employees
- Arrange safety day awareness within the Site
- Coordinate with client/local authority HSSEQ related, where necessary
- Share safety induction training program for new employees
- Report combined non-conformities to Management
- Development and implementation of SOP’s and work instructions
- Assist or lead investigations of security threats
- Develop/support and or implement corrective actions
- Encourage and motivate employees to provide best in class services
- Organise and share results on regular ‘tool box’ talks with all operational staff
- Measuring of safety, quality, security, environmental and work performance
- Other tasks assigned, as required by management
- Support other departments in achieving company objectives
- Leads, encourage and implement related HSSEQ systems including training and Behavioral-Based safety program
