**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee security staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- **Training**: Train security personnel on procedures, protocols, and emergency responses.
- **Patrolling**: Monitor premises regularly to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- **Incident Response**: Respond promptly to security breaches, accidents, or emergencies.
- **Reporting**: Document incidents, prepare reports, and communicate with management.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure proper functioning of security equipment like cameras and alarms.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with visitors, employees, and clients to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 Years Experience as Supervisor with experience certificate.
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Leadership skills with example & perseverance and patience.
- Exceptional communication to work in partnership with other agencies and partners ( Arabic & English).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Understand & can implement the emergency procedure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
