**Position**: Clinic Receptionist (Female, Arabic Speaker)

**Starting Salary**: QAR 3,700 - QAR 4,000 (Full package / All in)

**Facility**: Wellness and Diet Center

**About us**: Our clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Female Arabic-Speaking Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient registration processes.
- Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain electronic and paper medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with billing processes, insurance verification, and payment collection as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and clinic staff in Arabic.
- Liaise with medical professionals and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Offer refreshments to patients and visitors as appropriate.
- Handle inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,700.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
