Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of pharmaceutical products to meet demand.
- Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts, physical counts) and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure that pharmaceutical products are stored according to regulatory and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Accurately update inventory management systems (ERP) with product movements, receipts, and dispatches.
- Maintain detailed records of stock, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and lot tracking.
- Generate and analyze reports on stock movements, trends, and aging inventory.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Monitor and track the expiration dates of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely removal of expired stock.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits by regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, MHRA, etc.).
- **Order and Replenishment Management**:

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of pharmaceutical products based on demand and inventory levels.
- Track purchase orders and vendor shipments to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock-related issues (e.g., delays, discrepancies, quality concerns).
- **Stock Audits and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular audits to identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Prepare inventory reconciliation reports and provide insights into stock variances.
- Monitor and manage aging stock to reduce waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Suggest and implement improvements to inventory management processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Warehouse Coordination**:

- Oversee warehouse storage and ensure efficient space utilization and proper labeling of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure products are stored, handled, and shipped per the required guidelines (temperature control, humidity control, etc.).
- **Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records, including stock shortages, excess stock, or damaged goods.
- Address and resolve product returns or quality-related issues as they arise.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, **preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.**:

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GDP, GMP, etc.).
- Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory best practices and regulatory requirements.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
