Job description
- Knowledge in configuring Cisco switches, Routers and Wireless
- Troubleshooting network link, device hardware and configuration issues
- Install, configure, and support Cisco network switches, routers
- Schedule and perform network maintenance, repair, and software upgrade tasks
- Testing and troubleshooting installed Cisco systems.
- Resolving technical issues with networks, hardware, and software.
- Upgrading/replacing hardware and software systems when required.
- Preparing network utilization reports.
- Knowledge in LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunk, Ether channel, HSRP and VRRP
- Hands-on experience in working with tools like Wireshark etc.
