Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are preferred.
