**SENIOR MEP ENGINEER - (FACILITY MANAGEMENT )**

**Job Purpose**:
The Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of all MEP systems in the facilities under management. This role ensures the effective delivery of MEP services, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient team coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MEP Operations & Maintenance**:

- Plan, manage, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize the performance of systems to ensure cost-efficiency and reliability.
- **Project Management**:

- Supervise the execution of MEP-related projects, upgrades, and installations.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and standards for all MEP activities.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for reporting purposes.
- **Vendor & Client Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and outsourcing needs.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with MEP services.
- **Emergency Management**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, including breakdowns, outages, or system failures.
- Develop contingency plans for critical systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- **Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior role within a facility management company.**:

- Proficient in MEP system design, installation, and maintenance practices.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency principles.

**Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- MEP system uptime and reliability.
- Completion of maintenance and projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Client satisfaction scores.
- Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Compensation & Requirements**:

- **Salary**: QAR 10,000 per month.
- **Joining**: Immediate joining required.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid QID (Qatar ID).
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) for sponsorship change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
